Hi, I’m Nathan, male, 31-year-old, and Filipino. I am a part-time student and part-time healthcare worker. I’m looking for a furnished room or suite to rent beginning Dec. 15th or Jan. 1st near Lansdowne Camosun as I’ll be a full-time student starting 2026 Winter. I have a bicycle so I’d prefer a place with secured bike parking. I’m also mostly out on my days off. I’m introverted but enjoy socializing when time permits, quiet, mature, neat, respectful, LGBTQ friendly, non-smoker, non-partier, and non-drinker. I don’t have a pet. I spend most of my time working or working out at a gym on my days off. Ideally, I’d like to have a roommate with similar traits for compatibility. I also have about 7 medium boxes and a huge luggage to store so I’d like a place with extra storage space. I'm a high-quality tenant. I’d be willing to provide 3 great rental references and a background check if needed to back me up. I’ve built genuine connections with all of these people.
