Enjoy a west facing private stone walled patio, loft living room views over neighbouring gardens. Underfloor heating in the bedroom, oak floors in main rooms with recently refurbished glass shower bathroom. Bright character, ideal for those who appreciate a truly peaceful environment. During Victoria's rainy season, the patio table chairs are moved to a nearby covered space, but you are welcome to move them back for use on sunny days (and please return them to cover after enjoying time on the patio).
This suite is available for 90+ days (only) between arranged travel nurse/locum/educational and health care stays. Longer stays must fit within available dates: let us know your needs, we may have additional options to explore. If we can find a match, great, we'll respond either way. We regret that we are not able to fill gaps under 90 days due to provincial and city regulations. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate you stay within a 90 day window.

Rent: $2550/month includes est. $510 value in utilities & services: heat, water, Wifi, 1 parking spot, furnishings, kitchen/tableware, linens, etc.) We are no longer able to be flexible about rates due to need to cover the gaps between rentals that regulations do not permit us to fill. Still, as a fully equipped suite in a very special location, we are confident of good value.
