Located in a central area featuring a pedestrian-priority greenway, there are many walking distance (10-20 minutes) options for shopping, dining, live theatre and public transport in three directions. One parking space is available and the location is a 7-10 minute level walk to public transport.
The well-designed layout offers a surprising spaciousness in an ground level suite with ample windows and light. The bed is an antique iron & brass double with new mattress. There is a comfortable twin pullout sofa bed in the living room for occasional guests of 14 days or less. Please note that any long guest stay must be approved in writing and may incur additional rental cost. Please ask. A café table is provided in s shaded space overlooking gardens. The common laundry room is generally shared with one other suite *for use by residents only*.
We regret that allergies prevent accepting pets or smoking of any kind.
Available for not less than 90 nights due to Provincial regulations. Please let us know your preferred occupancy term (or if proposing a shorter stay of 90+ days, your date of arrival and departure); the number of people/relationship; confirm no pets / smoking and ask any questions you may have.
Our calendar becomes a jig-saw puzzle to accommodate schedules of grad students, locum stays, travel nurses,, those undergoing health care as well as newcomers re-locating to Victoria, so while we aim to be flexible to meet needs, the regulations do not recognize such needs so firm start-end dates are critical for stays that are not ongoing. For an ongoing furnished rental, we also welcome your application with landlord & financial references as provided for under the BC Residential Tenancy Act.
It is very important that our residents are positive additions to the neighbourhood for the duration of their stay. If you have reviews on the various booking websites, it would be great to have a link to get to know you. We are happy to meet over Zoom or in-person and our principals are easily googled for your consideration.
