We are currently hiring reliable, detail-oriented Cannabis Processing Technicians to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in clean, consistent work and are comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
The primary focus of this position is pre-roll production and finishing. Successful applicants will be responsible for rolling, packing, weighing, finishing, inspecting, and packaging cannabis pre-rolls while strictly adhering to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), quality standards, and compliance requirements.
This is physically active work requiring long periods of standing, repetitive hand movements, and the ability to lift and move production materials throughout the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Rolling and finishing cannabis pre-rolls to company standards
• Inspecting products for consistency, appearance, and quality
• Weighing, packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods
• Following strict SOPs and sanitation procedures
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations
• Assisting with production setup and cleanup
• Accurately recording production data when required
• Supporting other processing and packaging tasks as needed
• Maintaining productivity while ensuring attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be 19+ years old
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move materials safely throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to SOPs exactly
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Previous cannabis, food production, manufacturing, or packaging experience is considered an asset but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
