Centrally located just 10 min walk to UVIC campus or 5 minutes on bus #14, 8 min bus ride to Camosun campus, 2 min walk to bus stop, and an 8 minute walk to the local grocery store. Room is bright, spacious, and fully furnished with bed and desk and mini fridge and has a private bathroom. The home is fully furnished and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the rooms are already subleted for the summer to three great guys and we are looking to sublet the remaining one room. We are looking for quiet and respectful tenants. No smoking and no pets.
