1 bedroom (Queen size bed) is available of a furnished house in South Jubilee. Short term stay as we (the current occupants) will be back late on Mar 27th. You will have place to yourself. House is 1930’s character home. Harwood floor, forced air heating, all bills included: internet, heating and water. On street parking. There are other tenants living on the bottom floor in a self contained unit, with a separate entrance.
This is our home so looking for someone who is respectful and responsible. There are really great people living downstairs so no parties or fight clubs 😊 to keep the peace. References will be required.
Please note we will remove the boxes out of the room that you can see in the photos for your stay.
FYI the bedroom does have lower ceiling height, probably not suitable for anyone over 6'3"
Rate - $110 a night, Minimum 14 nights - Maximum 21 nights.
BC Tenancy agreement will be required to be signed off with $700 bond for fully refundable damage deposit.
SingleKey.com tenant check will be required for final approval.
