The property has a wonderful common area on the rooftop which can be reserved for private functions or drop in use. This room offers a 360 degree view of the city that is truly breathtaking. Rules and regulations must be followed under the strata laws. The main strata bylaws are: No pets on premise, absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property (common or private), no BBQ's on balcony and residents must be 19+ years of age.
There is a common BBQ area on the grounds along the waterfront with picnic table. In addition, there is a games room with ping pong table, billiard table and shuffle board on premise.

Due to the Ramada Hotel being our neighbor, there is a couple restaurants, a comedy club called 'Hecklers' and a cold beer and wine liquor store for super convenience. Further down a block or two are a handful of additional motels like the Days Inn which boasts a pub called 'The Loft' which regularly hosts Karaoke and live bands. The closest grocery store is Fairways Market at Gorge/Tiliicum.
Rental will include hot water and one parking spot, if needed. There is a 42' flat screen T.V. which sits on top of a remote controlled electric fireplace that looks and sounds quite real. Bedroom has a 21' dvd/TV and a queen size Tempurpedic mattress, bedding upon request, towels, with two 5 drawer dresser and a half of a closet. Office desk in living room area. Brand new quartz counter-tops installed a year ago....very sparkly!!
This is a very fair price for a great location!! I must stress, SMOKING and PETS and CHILDREN are not allowed due to the building strata bylaws and there are fines imposed, so don't consider this property if you have any relating requirements.
