My priority is finding someone who will treat the space, my belongings, and the property with respect and care. I love my plants, books, and instruments, and am looking for a subletter who will love them in my stead while I'm away.
I live very near Jubilee hospital. There are grocery stores nearby, plus some restaurants, bakeries, coffeeshops, pharmacies, bus routes, and all your other basic needs.
Not pictured, but there's a big bathtub, which is amazing. There's coin laundry in the basement.
Accessibility-wise, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and stairs are the only way up. Doors have knob-style handles but are pretty easy to turn. The space isn't huge, so you can't navigate doorways with a ton of extra space.
I can be a little bit flexible on rent for the perfect tenant.
