About the Role
We’re currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Victoria and Vancouver Island region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and building long-term relationships to grow our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Increase sales by optimizing product selection and introducing new products.
• Support customers with merchandising updates and product information.
• Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and services.
• Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required.
• Prepare proposals, sales packages, and expense reports.
• Keep customer records and prospect lists up to date.
• Provide input to help shape development strategies and marketing plans.
• Keep customers informed on product enhancements, changes, and innovations.

What You Bring
• College degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Experience in wholesale distribution to industrial manufacturers (cabinet and millwork shops, door and window shops, casework, hospitality furniture, architectural woodwork, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with daily customer visits across the territory.
