--there's parking right in front of the house if you bring a vehicle
-- 5 min. walk to many amenities, there's the new University Heights development at Shelbourne & McKenzie
-- quiet landlord lives upstairs (one female, no pets)
--the suite has a private entrance off the carport and is fully furnished...including cookware, bakeware, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery etc.
--washer/dryer is in the suite
--you have your choice of the two carpeted bedrooms (current tenant is flexible about this--will explain)
