This is NOT living accommodation space.
Studio is 7 years old. Laminate flooring, lots of windows and natural light. Electric heat. 170 sq ft. Some furnishings – tables, shelving – may be available for loan.
In the past, I have rented out my studio to neighbourhood people who needed extra space on a short-term basis e.g. as an art studio, to give guitar lessons, as an upholstery workshop, and as a recording studio.
The studio does NOT have a bathroom or running water, which is why it works for people who live in/near my Gorge/Portage Inlet neighbourhood.
I am on a very quiet cul-de-sac so it’s important that anyone using the studio respects the culture of the street and can preferably bike or walk. If you must drive, there shouldn’t be a lot of coming/going, multiple vehicles, or late nights.
Rent will be dependent on usage. e.g. occasional quiet use for a few hours a week, $490/month; only for storage $350/month.
