Hello. Looking for loving clensiness students to rent rooms downstairs. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 kitchen, large deck, free parking on the street, shared laundry with the owner (twice a week in one of the bathrooms).
Electricity, disposal, heating, water included. All dishes included.
2 bedrooms included queen beds, 3rd bedroom double
Size futon.
One bedroom has a desk, others not.
Sheets, pillows, bedding, towels are not included.
Internet will be extra cost, will discuss in in person a logistics.
I am allergic to a dust, molds in a rainy season, to a veryaty of curry spices, only simple western spices to use in a house as ventilations are carying all the smells. Thanks.
Also, I am a professional musician. I teach violin and piano upstairs in a house. So, classical music will be somewhat heard.
No parties allowed, this is a residential area and we all very respectful to each neighbor.

If not students to rent then laundry is not to be shared.
