- 12 yr old well athletic, happy loving boy who is here half the time.
- 30 yrs old chill, LGBTQ, clean, respectful, organized, quiet working professional
- mid 30’s old professional hard working man, chill who works daily and is never home.
We have a thoughtful energy of the home with genuine positiveness that make it quiet, chill and easy to live with.
Looking for someone to flow with our awesomeness of our home. No dirty roommates allowed. This is a non judgemental home. We pride ourselves on a clean living space.
No tobacco smokers allowed on the premise at all.
420 friendly outside only outdoors where we added a comfy weather protected spot on one of the many patio.

The person that rents this large private bedroom will be sharing the lower level washroom with 2 other low key professional adult men. The home also has an extra washroom on the upper level to use, but it doesn't have a shower or bath in that extra one.
