- Only two people will be living in the apartment including myself
- 3min walk to bus stop and grocery store (bus no. 6)
- 15mins walk to uptown Walmart, saveOnFood, coffee shop etc.
- There is bus no. 26 directly goes to uvic (10 min walk to bus stop)
- 10mins walk to 24/7 gym
- Minimum 4 months stay
