Forming Professional Cover Band: Bassist and Guitarist/Vox Wanted (Victoria)

What I can offer you:
-Years of experience finding lucrative gigs
-Flexibility... we will have subs for each position if an important gig opportunity comes your way
-If you have sick original songs that fit the vibe, this can be an opportunity to showcase them!
-I have a studio we can shed in when necessary (rehearsals aren't a big part of what we'll be doing)
What I am looking for:
-professionalism: the basics of any job...on time, prepared and a team player. Also, reliable transportation and high quality/ well maintained gear.
- we will most often be a power trio, I sing a little but am looking for ideally both a singing bassist (can be just backgrounds) and singing guitarist, open to a keyboardist (especially if you can cover the bass in your left hand) for four piece gigs. Especially for my guitarist, you will be a confident singer who KILLS it, so often in my observation working cover bands fall short with sub-par vocals, that won't be us! Please have a great voice.
-much more important then your chops (don't get me wrong, chops are sick) is your ability to win a crowd over...we are playing for drinking young people usually, they don't care about how many modulations you can make in a chorus, they want to forget about their shitty jobs and feel the energy we will give them.
-tons of live playing experience
-love music so much it hurts... goofy grins and overwhelming moments of gratitude for what we get to do encouraged on the band stand.
