Ideally I'm looking to split the cost/space with someone, total costs are around $1600/mth, so $800 for your half, you get dedicated drum space to leave a kit setup, we all share the rest, 3 nights each, alternate the 7th day or something like that.
The space is around 400sq ft with elevator access, large exterior deck with lots of natural light facing the setting sun.
It has been renovated for use as a studio including a floating subfloor, wall treatments, shelving etc.
Tons of parking in the evenings.
I may entertain sharing with multiple groups, or offering a lower cost split where you have to pack up your stuff each session.
Most important is finding people I can trust both in the building and in the space. It is not for parties or having a lot of visitor traffic unless you want to use it for recording purposes, we can talk about that.
