I own a small cleaning business here on the peninsula, and I’m always looking for wonderful people to join our team. While cleaning may not be the most glamorous job, I can offer you something unique: a completely customized schedule that fits your needs and relaxed working environment.
I especially love hiring moms with little ones—it’s tough to find time for ourselves, but having a way to build back some financial independence can feel so empowering (I’ve been there myself!).
Here’s what we offer:
Weekday work only (Mon–Fri)
Extremely flexible hours
Option for on-call shifts
Friendly, local clients
Starting pay: $27/hour
Easy, independent work—just log into our app, see your schedule, and do your thing. You’ll rarely need to check in with me, which keeps things stress-free and easygoing.
We use gentle cleaning solutions, no harsh chemicals or scents
Requirements:
Reliable transportation (public transit doesn’t reach our service areas)
Strong communication skills
Criminal record check ($60, applicant’s responsibility)
No experience needed:
Paid training and training materials provided
All supplies provided
