Are you interested in pursuing landscaping but don't have any experience?
We are looking for the right person to train into a crew lead position in the time span of one year.
The Green Image accelerator program.
1. Learn by maintaining a wide variety of different properties with team members who know proper maintenance techniques. ($15 at this level estimated time 1-4 weeks)
2. Review and set learning goals every other week with the owner to help make sure you are on the right path. ($16 at this level estimated time 2-4 months)
3. Learn how to mow, line trim, hedge, prune, lead a team, site management, Plant ID.($17) (at this level estimated time 1-4 months)
4. Take over a route with another qualified team member and learn about managing the day, creating a great customer experience. During this time we are learning, developing and communicating on best practices($18) (5-8 months)
5. Fully take over a route leading 1-2 other people looking after Stratas and residential properties. Take part in communication with clients. ($20)
