We are a family of 3. Both my husband and I are employed have steady income - we both work from home, so a 3rd bedroom or den is essential to us. We currently reside in Gordon Head..where a vast number of "family homes" get rented because charging students per room is more profitable than a single family...it does affect the neighborhood, and families like mine.. however, I also advocate for student housing, cause hey, I was young once too...

Ideally we are seeking a home for the next 5 years for our daughter to finish highschool.
We have impeccable references, and do want something that fits our lifestyle. We love our homes and put a great deal of care into maintenance and beautifying our space. We have a small well behaved, and mostly inside dog (8lbs) I love gardening and being in the sun, so a yard is ideal.

I'm writing to those in my area thinking of potentially selling in 5 years, but aren't quite ready yet... and are seeking a reliable local family to rent to. We could work with partially furnished for the right situation. I'm desiring a win-win, where your home is steward with care + property values continue to rise, and we have a safe and comfortable home.

We have a budget of up to $3500 for the right space - but also do not want utilities to be crushing, so if your home has single paned windows, no heat pump etc.. we aren't interested.
