Looking for 3–4 Bedroom Rental Home – Professional Family + Well-Behaved Dog (central or north Saanich, Cordorva Bay area or view royal North Saaninch)
Hi! I’m looking to rent a 3–4 bedroom home with some yard space for myself, my two teens, and our sweet, well-trained medium-sized dog. Ideally, we’d love to rent an entire house, but we’re also open to a spacious upper unit if it offers good soundproofing and privacy.
I’m a professional working in both real estate and wellness, and both of my kids will be attending school in the area my son has been accepted to a lacrosse academy at Claremount, and my daughter is enrolled in a trade program. We’re quiet, responsible, and looking for a clean, safe place to call home.
We’d love a 1–2 year lease but would also consider a short-term rental while we find the right long-term fit. Our ideal move-in date is September 1. Budget $3500 ish
What we’re looking for:
✔ 3–4 bedrooms
✔ Yard space (fenced is a bonus!)
✔ Pet-friendly
✔ Quiet, respectful neighborhood
✔ Ideally a full house, but open to upper floors with sound separation
