Hi,

I work on the waters of Brentwood Bay and the region, and am looking for a sailboat to live on. Could be for rent or purchase. Interested in anything below $10,000 or $600 / month. If for purchase, she should be seaworthy and ready to sail. Anything moored in the region, from Swartz Bay to Brentwood Bay to Sooke, is of interest.

I am a non-drinker, non-smoker, with no pets.
