2+ bedroom wanted (Victoria)

I'm looking for a 2+ bedroom long term home for myself and one university age child. I have very long term, stable, professional employment, we're responsible and easy to get along with, and we have excellent rental references. I'm hoping to get us moved into a new place sometime between July 15 and October 1. We're looking for the main floor of a house, a duplex or townhouse. We're not seeking basement suites or apartment buildings.

We need a pet friendly home (two well behaved cats), off-street parking for two cars, a dishwasher, and on-site laundry. A bit of outdoor space and a second bathroom are on the wish list, but not mandatory. Maximum monthly rent $2500 + utilities.
We would prefer to be in the Esquimalt, Vic West or Tillicum/Gorge area, but View Royal, Glanford and Fernwood/Northpark areas will also work.
