Im in search of a bachelor or studio suite with apartment sized fridge, on the ground floor or with an elevator in the building. Laundry on-site required. Hydro included in max rent I can pay. Must be within 1 block of a bus stop.
Balcony/private outdoor area a bonus!
Move in by June 1st 2026 or 1st of the month, with ability to give 1 months notice. Current address will be demolished by July 2026. We have been on the BC Housing list for about 9 years.
We are;
Adult Female on Disability and Adult Female, Spayed, Feline. Yes, a cat lol
Feline is;
Needy, talkative, anxious, shy, my ESA. She is 8 years old. She has an Automatic litterbox and we use Pretty Litter(crystal). She's scared of most people, very few exceptions. Shots up to date 😊 Loves going outside, which makes 0 sense, she's scared of most things lol We have a prescription from my doctor, can provide on request.
I am;
35 female, have multiple chronic illnesses and mobility issues, using a walker, and mental health issues make me very anxious and private. I keep to myself and dislike loud environments. I like to read, play video games, watch anime, craft, paint, write, etc. I like nature, the ocean, animals, swimming, and spending time with friends. I am more at home than I am away. I am low income.
Acceptable areas include;
Sooke, Colwood, View Royal, Langford, Esquimalt, Saanich, Saanichton, Victoria CRD near bus route.
I can do up to $900/month(on disability)
Month-to-month Agreement required.
