Hello! My friend and I are entering our fifth year at UVic and are searching for places to move into. We are both working female students and have rented rooms before. We are also quiet, clean, and responsible tenants and can offer references from our previous landlords.
My friend and I are looking for a place that is max $2000 per month (price includes utilities), has two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, big windows, and is ideally close to UVic. Downtown area is fine, too. Unfortunately, basement suites with minimal natural light are not what we are looking for. Our move-in date is September 1 or mid-August.
Please let me know if any of you have rental properties that might be suitable for us!!! We are looking to call a place home:)
