Designed in 1952, Wegner’s FH4602 tripod table and FH4103 “Heart” chairs for Fritz Hansen remain one of the most ingenious space-saving solutions of the Danish Modern era. The three-legged chairs, with their sculptural heart-shaped seats, nest seamlessly beneath the circular teak table, forming a unified silhouette when not in use.

Crafted in teak and oak, the set embodies Wegner’s philosophy of “organic functionality”—furniture that is both beautiful and practical. Nicknamed the “King of Chairs,” Wegner designed over 500 chairs, but few achieve the playful elegance and compact efficiency of this design.
