Crust Bakery (downtown Victoria on Fort Street) is looking for a full-time experienced baker to join our fabulous team.

Crust Bakery is an upmarket, boutique bakery which creates all of its products from scratch every day, seven days a week. We bake delicious artisan breads (including sourdoughs, tradition poolish breads, authentic ciabatta, quinoa and spinach bread, light and dark ryes and much more!). Also, we use lots of fresh, seasonal produce to create delicious tarts, sweets, pastries, savoury treats, cookies and more!! To be a successful applicant for this job, you must:
- have pastry chef qualifications or baking experience/ training
- have an up-to-date food safe certificate
- be available to work full time
- be able to begin your shift between 4.00am - 5.30am each day
- have the ability to take instructions
- have the ability to work well as part of a team and/or confidently alone
- show initiative, be career driven and be enthusiastic
- be passionate about quality food
