The classic 49 Defever is a boat that can travel the world and has the space for extensive cruising or living aboard.
Entry is from midship boarding gates on either side or across the teak swim grid. Full walk around decks are covered from above and a Portuguese bridge leads to the foredeck. The cockpit features fixed seating on each side and a teak double door leads into the salon. The cockpit canvas is in as new condition. A hatch in the cockpit leads to a massive lazarette with an engine room access door.
The salon has ample space for loose furniture, currently there is an L-shaped couch and two bucket chairs. 'The Legend II' has a classic yacht interior with extensive use of teak and a paint and beam ceiling. The interior teak joinery is in very good condition. Five large windows (4 opening) provide lots of light and a teak TV cabinet is to starboard.
Moving forward the U-shaped galley has been configured to provide maximum counter space and unobstructed views to the salon. Two stools at the counter make a breakfast bar and allow interaction with the chef. A window is above the sink to port and to starboard of the galley is the stand up fridge and a door out to the deck.
