Enjoy the tranquility of our waterfront suite, and yet be within 10 minutes drive of downtown Victoria!
This is a bright lower level suite which opens out directly onto its own deck with BBQ looking over an expansive lawn with a shared waterfront deck and floating dock. Open plan living/eating area (with smart TV and double pullout sofabed), and full kitchen all have windows facing the view. Comfortable queen size bed in the private bedroom, and a 4 piece bathroom. There is also a full-size washer/dryer. There are 2 other suites in the house with quiet, friendly tenants. This suite would be ideally suited for a single occupant longterm, or a couple for a shorter stay. A small pet would considered.
There is one designated parking spot for a small/medium sized vehicle. The suite is on major bus routes.
Monthly rent is $2100/m.
Utilities, Hydro, Internet, Cable TV will be covered with a set fee of $250/m.
(Combined rent/utilities/etc will be 2350/m).
The suite will be available from Oct 27/25, until Feb 7/26, then again after March 14/26. (We have friends staying in the suite from Feb 7-Mar 14).
