The property is available October 1st through June 2026. It’s a great fit for a single professional or a couple who would like to enjoy downtown waterfront Victoria living. The furnished condo faces directly onto the Inner Harbour to the west; the views can be enjoyed from a generous outdoor terrace, the kitchen and dining areas, the living room and a large enclosed solarium. The solarium provides an additional 175 sq ft of indoor space. The two bedrooms contain south facing windows that look out towards the Parliament Buildings. All view photos are taken from the interior of the unit. You will be steps away from restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Public transit and the Galloping Goose bike trail are easily accessed.



There is one full bathroom as well as a half bath contained within the Master Bedroom area. Both bathrooms were recently updated. The Master Bedroom is large and has a king sized bed and a work station with monitors available for use. There is ample closet space. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a small desk and closet.



The kitchen is recently updated and fully equipped. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer set.
