- Tenant is responsible for Hydro with the suite being on a separate meter.
The main house is our home. We are a quiet, easy-going couple who enjoy visits from our family. We love this area with all the beaches, hiking and shopping nearby and we are sure you will too.

Rent is $2,300 per month with a one-year lease preferred. You will need your own hydro.
References and proof of income are required if you’re selected. The damage deposit is a 1/2 month’s rent.
