Check out this sweet, pet friendly apartment. It is up one flight of stairs at the top of the building. Once you are inside there is just you and the ocean! The suite is 400 square feet with a living room that looks over the ocean. It has a kitchenette with induction hot plate, countertop convection oven, microwave and full size fridge. . It can be furnished or unfurnished. Leave for window open for ocean breezes- no bugs. Drink the water- it is excellent.
Rent includes everything- hydro, cable tv, Wifi - all utilities plus free laundry. We are close to the ferry dock so you don't need to have a car. There are 6 ferries a day and seniors travel free Monday to Thursday. You can walk on the ferry and go to Port McNeill, or take the bus to Port Hardy. Sointula has a Co-op Store, library, museum, medical centre and art studios.
We can help you get here if you don't drive. This is a long term rental if that is what you are looking for.
This is an amazing spot to live. We have been here over 40 years and love living here. We can spend our days hiking, kayaking or fishing and we have the best beachcombing anywhere.
