Check out this sweet, pet friendly apartment. It is level entry, wheelchair friendly. Once you are inside there is just you and the ocean! The suite is 1100 square feet with a living room that looks over the ocean. It has a full kitchen and new convection oven. There is a microwave and full size fridge. . It can be furnished or unfurnished. Leave the doors and windows open for ocean breezes- no bugs. Drink the water- it is excellent. Pets are ok and there is a fenced yard on the oceanside for you or your pet. The front room can be used for an office or studio- except you won't get any work done because the view is so fabulous!!
Rent includes everything- hydro, cable tv, Wifi - all utilities plus free laundry. We are close to the ferry dock so you don't need to have a car. There are 6 ferries a day and seniors travel free Monday to Thursday. You can walk on the ferry and go to Port McNeill, or take the bus to Port Hardy. Sointula has a Co-op Store, library, museum, medical centre and art studios.
We can help you get here if you don't drive. This is a long term rental if that is what you are looking for.
This is an amazing spot to live. We have been here over 40 years and love living here. We can spend our days hiking, kayaking or fishing and we have the best beachcombing anywhere.
