Located in a prime Saanich location. Just a 3 minute walk to a bus stop, with easy access to Camosun College, UVic and downtown. Ideal for pet owners, students or professionals. $1500 + utilities.
– Luxury Amenities (additional cost): Enjoy access to a hot tub and cedar sauna for ultimate relaxation (the pool is unavailable). We plan to furnish the decks with gazebos, outdoor couches/furniture, bbqs, a fire table, propane heaters, etc. every spring. Small private yard area.
– Appliances: washer&dryer combo, countertop dishwasher, bar fridge&freezer (addional freezer space available).
– Furnished (additional cost): Queen wall bed&mattress, wall desk&chair, 40” smart TV&articulating mount, sectional sleeper sofa couch. Optional: double hot plate, convention toaster oven, tfal, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, etc. + all your dishes, bakeware, utensils, etc., linens& bedding and all your basic household goods. IKEA PAX wardrobes offer drawers&hanging.
